Guided tour of the Heritage Museum of Grimaud

"The heritage museum, a witness to the lives of people here"

Duration approximately 1h30 - Visit in French

This guided tour of the museum will allow you to discover the daily life of the gulf inhabitants in the past. The museum is housed in magnificent buildings: a village house, an old forge and the old oil mill, dating from the 16th century.

It will be an opportunity to address several themes such as the production of olive oil, the exploitation of the forest and cork as well as the production of wine.

Upstairs, there is the evocation of costumes and daily life of yesteryear through the reconstruction of the living room, the bedroom and the barn, a traditional configuration in villages like that of Grimaud.

Due to health directives, groups are limited to 10 people (guide included).
